
Carne Asada Salad

This fabulous meal will take you minutes to prepare, because all you have to do is throw the ingredients into a bowl!
Ingredients:
- Our delicious Carne Asada Meat
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- Grape or cherry tomatoes (as many as you want)
- Cotija Cheese crumbles
- 1 sprig of Cilantro, chopped small
- Peppers, onions, raw or sauteed (optional)
- 1 head of large Lettuce, torn into bite sizes
- Olive oil, vinaigrette, or ranch dressing
Instructions:
- Open your frozen meat and put it into a frying pan. Turn on low heat.
- Allow to simmer and heat up, stirring frequently. Make sure meat is heated to 165 degrees. This usually takes 5 minutes or less, depending on your stove.
- Turn the heat to low simmer or turn off.
- Chop your veggies and put in a bowl to serve.
- Shred lettuce, cut cilantro.
- Starting with the lettuce as the base, Add a generous portion of the carne asada. Allow each person to create their own salad by adding the veggies and garnishes. ENJOY!
