Our nutritional facts are all clearly displayed on our packages. We also include them on the product page of each item. Please reach out if you have further questions.
Your meat will be thoroughly seasoned, cooked, and prepared, and then vacuum sealed for freshness and longevity. Then we will ship it frozen to you. There will be dry ice with your order to preserve temperature. Put your meat straight into the freezer and use whenever you are ready. You will receive email tracking as soon as your meat box ships.
Your meat will remain good in the freezer for 1 year from it's arrival date. If you put your meat in the fridge, please use withing 3-5 days.
Once your package leaves our warehouse and until it is delivered to your address, shipping liabilities are with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. In the unfortunate event your package is damaged, lost or stolen while in transit, please contact us.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, and the quality and safety we must guarantee for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products. All orders are considered FINAL SALE. For order inquiries and questions, please contact us. Please note that our customer service is available 9 am - 5 pm MST Monday - Friday.
